A.T. TAWAZ (LLC) is a regional reference in the construction sector, providing a wide range of expertise within each of the three primary areas of service: CONSTRUCTION, ENGINEERING and CONSULTING. We service public institutions as well as private clients and, every day, we thrive to constantly improve our performance, and the quality and professionalism that characterizes us.

In recent years A.T. TAWAZ has continued to expand operations at an international level, penetrating the emerging markets of the African nations surrounding Canary Islands. By leveraging our profound understanding of the political and economic outlook for the region, we have achieved excellent result in countries like Mauritania in which we have worked with various clients, such as:

  • Canadian multinational mining corporation KINROSS GOLD Corporation, for which we provided our construction management services and technical supervision for their Guest House in Nouakchott.
  • NMW and MCE on the Nouakchott–Oumtounsy International Airport, for which we contributed our know-how in the construction of the runways and airport terminals.
  • CIMENT DE MAURITANIE (largest cement producer in the country), for which we developed the new headquarters for commercial operations as well as other smaller sized projects.

A T Tawaz, S.L. is also listed on the International Canary Enterprises.

A.T. TAWAZ has great expertise in execution of construction, serving clients in both the public and private sector while meeting the agreed deadlines and qualities according to the negotiated price. It is worth highlighting our rehabilitation and refurbishment turnkey construction services for private homes and offices as follows:

  1. A creative proposal which includes design, distribution, and materials adjusted to the clients taste and budget
  2. Valuation of the works to be done with the aim of closing a budget deal with the client
  3. Planification of the project to execute in shortest term possible and causing minimal disturbance to neighbors.
  4. Completion of all the bureaucratic procedures and paperwork to ensure our customers an easy and hassle-free experience.

ENGINEERING

We do all kinds of civil engineering, architecture and installations projects (electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, telecommunications, etc.) with the added option of construction management, supervision and technical services. We pay close attention to our customers’ needs, taste and preferences as we aim to maximize client’s satisfaction.

CONSULTING

We service public institutions and private companies in all matters related to the internationalization of Spanish companies. A.T. TAWAZ is also specialized in the drawing of foreign companies to settle down in Spain, particularly in Canary Islands, including the establishment of companies in the Canary Islands Special Zone (ZEC) - the lowest corporate tax regime in the Eurozone.

A.T. TAWAZ has had the honor of being selected by the Government of the Canary Islands through their public company PROEXCA to partake on a trade mission to draw multinational OIL & GAS corporations to Canary Islands. During the mission, multinational companies like ALGOLD RESOURCES LTD, BW OFFSHORE, PETRONAS, TULLOW OIL and others were acquainted with local authorities to discover the numerous resources, and opportunities, the Islands have to offer as a logistical and commercial platform for Africa.

Regarding consultancy for Spanish companies, we have offered our services to NUCLEO Company, owned by the DURO FELGUERA GROUP resulting in the signing of their biggest contract in Africa at that time.
